What FlexiManual Is

FlexiManual is a content management system for product documentation. It helps D2C product teams build manuals from reusable components, translate them for every market, and keep them compliant and accessible.

What Data We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to provide the service:

Account Information

• Name and email address

Product Information

• Product information as necessary to create product documentation

How We Use Your Data

• To facilitate access to FlexiManual and to the product documentation that you create.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not share your data with third parties except as needed to operate the service (hosting infrastructure).

Data Storage and Security

• Data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted by Vercel (Vercel.app)
• All connections use TLS encryption in transit

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your data — everything is visible on your dashboard
• Delete your account — contact us and we will remove all your data and your account permanently

Data Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete a product manual, all related data is permanently removed after 30 days. When you delete your account, all projects and data are removed.

General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)

If you are in the European Union, you have rights under the GDPR including the right to access, rectify, and erase your personal data.

If you are in California, you have rights under the CCPA including the right to know what data we collect and the right to delete it.
